Fields of Application:
Rasping of hard, firm and semi-soft cheese blocks up to 18 kg of weight.
Standard Design:
Fabricated from stainless steel (AISI 304), finish 2B with polished weldings. The rasper is built up on a pipeframe and has:
- Hinged top with safety switch
- Rectangular inlet with cover and safety switch
- Outlet with bolted cover
- Stainless control box including
