General Features
The Compact is a packaging line designed to meet the requirements of the medium and large industries requiring high efficiency and output. The conveying and sealing system, which can handle several trays at a time, features a unique design covering a wide range of applications. Its unique design justified by lengthy research by various certifying bodies, has enabled it to be patented in Europe and America as proof of its exclusivity.
All types of trays available on the market can be handled by this machine. It will handle thermal, crimp, board lid and snap lid closures. Outout capacity up to 300 trays per minute. Fully mechanically operated. Thermal sealing tool assisted by a hydraulic piston to ensure constant pressure. The line can be controlled be a PLC equipped with an operator dialog interface via a multi-purpose panle, operating recipes, presettings (sealing time, vaccum, gas, etc.) and alarm display. Framework made of AISI 304/316 stainless steel and non corrosive anodized aluminium. Easy format change. Easy operation.
