Fields of application:
In the Dairy and Food industries Ultra High Temperature (UHT)-treatment, for all kinds of products, is getting more and more common to prolong shelve life with using preservatives. new food products are evolved everyday, thus flexible production facilities are needed. Limitechs UHT-Pilot unit is designed to meet this demand, by direct steam injection it heats the product to a temperature of 150C, with a holding time accordingly adjusted, you can use it for treatment of a long variety of products such as:
- All processed cheese and soft cheese products.
- Dairy desserts.
- pet-food.
- Choclate.
- Sauces.
- Ice cream.
The UHT-Pilot is ideal for testes or small scale productions 30-130 kg/h, with low costs on raw materials as a result. Yet the test results are fully scalable for larger productions, reporducing the same product quality.
